What we do

Miss the sound of a friendly voice?

We send tapes, from our own library, selected on personal preference; these can include books, recollections and documentaries and every kind of music, we always find something for every taste.

The ‘library’ tapes are rotated on a monthly basis.
However, what makes us unique from other caring agencies who send recorded information and literature to the housebound, is what we warmly refer to as ‘CHAT' tapes. ...and take the form of unscripted spoken letters. They are recorded, one-to-one, by our 'Chatters' and sent to a specific listener whose details are supplied; they take into account personal interests and help people feel part of a group of friends.
